To file a report, click the following link. The report must contain the necessary information to initiate an investigation; an explanation of the events, including the dates and the company affected, etc. If you wish, you may attach any documentation that helps explain the reported situation.

Complaints
The Whistleblower Channel is the mechanism that Economía & Diplomacia makes available to all employees, directors and managers of the Group's companies and third parties that interact with them, and in particular, suppliers and contractors, shareholders, volunteers, interns and workers in training periods, so that they can report any information related to any Group company and that may entail:
- a possible irregularity or act contrary to the principles of responsible business or any other applicable internal regulations;
- a potential irregularity relating to accounting matters, audit-related issues and/or aspects related to internal control over financial reporting;
- a possible irregularity or act contrary to law.
The channel is accessible 24/7 through the following channels: web form and email addresses. Reports can be submitted anonymously, or you can include contact information. The information collected in the report will be treated securely and confidentially.
The Compliance Department processes received complaints diligently and promptly, promoting their verification and implementing measures for their resolution, in accordance with the internal procedures established in the Economy & Diplomacy Internal System Management Policy and its implementing regulations.
