First report

The model

The rigour of a Big Four, the agility of a boutique.

The strength and method of the large international firms, with the agility and closeness of a boutique. We turn complexity into opportunity and strategy into results.

  1. 01

    Large-firm rigour

A documented method, a second review and every statement traced to its source document. The standard does not drop because the engagement is small.

  2. 02

    Boutique agility

One conversation and we start. No committee, no escalation, and the same person from beginning to end.

  3. 03

    An outcome, not a report

Yes, yes with conditions, or no. A strategy is measured by what it lets you do, not by how many pages it runs to.

Positioning

Where foresight, protection and technology meet.

E&D opera en la intersección de cinco disciplinas que la mayoría de las firmas abordan por separado. De ahí salen soluciones integradas para industria y para sector público, no piezas sueltas que alguien tiene que coser después.

  1. 01

    Foresight

Anticipating the scenario before the decision window closes.

  2. 02

    Global protection

People, assets and operations, in any jurisdiction.

  3. 03

    Technology

Plataformas propias, Zetarys y Qubria, que resisten la auditoría y sostienen el negocio.

  4. 04

    Artificial intelligence

    Built in-house, governed and certifiable.

  5. 05

    Quantum computing

Cryptographic readiness for the post-quantum horizon.

Why it matters

Your next counterparty already has a past. We read it before you sign.

Usted responde de terceros que nunca ha visto. El proveedor de su proveedor. El agente en un mercado difícil. El intermediario que nadie recuerda haber contratado.

Cuando estalla, no estalla en nombre de ellos.

The question is not whether you knew. It is whether you can prove you checked.

  1. Digital risk · NIS2

Board liability can no longer be delegated

  2. Artificial intelligence · Reg. 2024/1689

Classify before August, or do not deploy

Contact

Let's talk about your matter.

The first conversation is with the person who will lead the engagement. There is no sales filter in between: framing the matter correctly saves more than any discount.

Tell us about your case

Fill in the fields and press send. Your enquiry goes directly to the Office of the Chair through a channel hosted on this same domain, with no third-party platform. You will receive a file reference immediately.

Do not send confidential information without asking first and receiving express authorisation. Subject to the terms of use.

Questions

What people ask before engaging us.

Can't a database do this?

A database returns matches. We return conclusions. Ruling out name coincidences and lapsed links is where the value lies, and an algorithm alone does not do that.

02.1 · Counterparty verification
Does the counterparty find out?

No. We do not contact them, we do not ask them for documents and we leave no trace. If the engagement required direct approach, you would be told beforehand and it would be agreed in writing.

02.1 · Counterparty verification
What if you find nothing?

The report says so just as clearly. A clean, traceable file proves to a supervisor, an auditor and a judge that you did what you had to. That is exactly what you are buying.

02.2 · Supplier control
How do you handle our information?

Under ENS High Category, with confidentiality signed before any exchange and certified destruction on expiry of the agreed period.

09.1 · ENS certification
Do you work outside Spain?

Ten own offices and verification in the original language. Outside those locations, a vetted correspondent, disclosed in the report.

Offices and time zones
How long does it take?

Level I, 24 to 48 hours. Level II, 5 to 8 days. Level III, 15 to 20. It can be compressed, stating what is left out.

What if the problem surfaces after we have signed?

That is the most common situation and it is not the worst. What counts then is evidencing when it was known and what was done from that moment on. That can be built, and it is exactly what the authorities look for.
